What does that look like on the ground? A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right fit when a bridal party needs a polished ride from a Grandview hotel to a Short North rooftop. A 15-35 passenger minibus fits a corporate team heading to a training day in Dublin without overcommitting on size or price.

Modern Onboard Bus Amenities for Your Columbus Trip
Not every Columbus group trip needs the same setup, and the vehicles available through this website reflect that. A 25-passenger party bus typically comes loaded with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound with flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — everything a bachelorette night or milestone birthday needs built right in. A Sprinter limo or Sprinter van gives smaller groups leather seating, USB charging at every seat, and tinted privacy glass without the size of a full party bus.
Full-size charter buses include reclining seats, climate control, overhead storage, WiFi, power outlets, onboard restrooms, and undercarriage luggage bays — the right call for a long haul down I-71 to Cincinnati or a multi-day group trip to Cleveland. Amenities vary by vehicle, so use the quote tool to filter by what your trip actually needs.

Compare Real Prices on Columbus Party Buses
Columbus is a city where the traffic can completely flip depending on whether Ohio State has a home game. If you have ever tried to move a group of 20 people across town in separate cars on a Buckeyes Saturday — or watched the Arena District rideshare queue back up after a Blue Jackets game at Nationwide Arena — you already understand why having one bus with a clear pickup plan makes far more sense. Columbusohiopartybuscompany.com makes that comparison fast and simple — fill out one quick form to compare vehicles, amenities, and estimated prices from transportation providers across central Ohio.
You get quotes in under 30 seconds, side-by-side vehicle comparisons so you can see exactly what you are getting, and custom packages available for one-ways, round-trips, and multi-day itineraries. Whether your group is heading to the Arena District after a Blue Jackets game, shuttling wedding guests between a Clintonville hotel block and a German Village reception venue, or loading up a bachelorette crew for a night through the Short North — there is a vehicle sized and priced for it. Call 380-383-2690 any time you need help putting a package together.

Party Bus Services Built for Columbus Groups
From airport shuttles and wedding transportation, to bachelorette parties, prom, Buckeyes game-day shuttles, concerts, corporate events, and school field trips — whatever brings your group together in Columbus, there is a bus ready for it. Call 380-383-2690 to get your group moving today!

Columbus Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Getting through baggage claim at a busy airport is stressful enough without adding a parking scramble into the mix. John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) (4600 International Gateway, Columbus, OH 43219) sits about 10 miles east of downtown Columbus along I-670, and commercial ground transportation picks up curbside on the lower level of each terminal. Have your group fully assembled with luggage before signaling for the bus to pull around — curbside lanes at CMH move quickly and buses cannot sit and wait.
For large groups flying in for Arnold Sports Festival weekend or Ohio State graduation, a charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays is the cleanest option — a single vehicle runs a direct transfer from CMH to your hotel, campus, or event venue instead of splitting your group across a string of rideshares with different ETAs. A Columbus airport shuttle arranged through this website handles the whole transfer in one coordinated trip. Call 380-383-2690 to get your airport group transfer set up today!

Columbus Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Short North has enough bars, rooftop spots, and late-night venues packed along High Street that a bachelorette group could spend an entire Saturday bouncing between stops without repeating a venue — provided they have a bus waiting each time. Parking on High Street on a Saturday night is metered, enforced, and gone by 8pm. Coordinating rideshares for 15 or more people between every stop means half the group is always waiting on the sidewalk while the other half is already inside the next bar.
A 15-50 passenger party bus for a Columbus bachelorette party comes with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound — the celebration starts the second everyone boards. German Village bar crawls, Short North rooftop rounds, and late-night runs to the Arena District all land on one clean itinerary when the bus handles the route between stops. The night runs on your schedule, not the app’s.
Call 380-383-2690 now to compare options!

Columbus Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable parts of any Sweet 16 or quinceañera, and Columbus has no shortage of reception venues to match. Whether the event is heading to a banquet hall in Gahanna, a venue in Westerville, or a quinceañera reception in the Hilliard or Reynoldsburg corridor, a Columbus birthday party bus seating 15-50 makes the grand entrance something no one forgets — and you can even request white, silver, or black buses to match the event theme.
For adult milestone birthdays, a custom Short North bar crawl, a dinner on High Street, or a late-night run to the Arena District all make for a great itinerary. Instead of asking your guests to sort out rideshares across Columbus at midnight, one party bus handles pickup, drop-off, and navigation across the whole evening. Use the online quote tool to check Columbus party bus availability for your date — or call 380-383-2690!

Columbus Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Arena District packs a lot of live music into a tight footprint — Nationwide Arena, KEMBA Live!, and PromoWest Pavilion are all within a few blocks of each other on the north end of downtown Columbus. When a headliner sells out Nationwide and a separate show wraps at KEMBA the same night, the garages off Nationwide Boulevard are full before the opener finishes, and rideshare surge pricing kicks in hard the moment the lights come up inside.
A Columbus concert bus rental keeps the whole group together from the first pre-show drink to the ride home, and party buses with built-in bars, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound keep the energy going the entire time. For summer outdoor shows at KEMBA Live! (405 Neil Ave, Columbus, OH 43215), where late end times and weeknight crowds make post-show logistics genuinely unpleasant, a bus with a set pickup window is the obvious call.
Compare your options and get a quote in under 30 seconds — or call 380-383-2690 right now!

Columbus Corporate Event Transportation
Columbus runs one of the busiest convention calendars in the Midwest, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center (400 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215) hosts major events year-round — including the Arnold Sports Festival, which draws 200,000+ attendees in early March and maxes out downtown hotel capacity for the full weekend. Shuttling staff between Convention Center sessions, Short North hotel blocks, and breakout venues across several days is exactly the kind of multi-stop logistics challenge a minibus circuit handles cleanly.
For executive transfers to corporate campuses along the Easton corridor off I-270 or offices on High Street downtown, a Sprinter van fits the bill without the size of a full party bus. For team-building days in the Dublin or Polaris office corridors, a minibus keeps everyone on the same schedule instead of splintering into a carpool. Call 380-383-2690 to discuss Columbus corporate shuttle contracts and group rates!

Columbus Private Event Transportation Services
The Arnold Sports Festival is Columbus’s biggest annual transportation challenge — held across the Greater Columbus Convention Center and surrounding arena venues in early March, it draws 200,000+ competitors, coaches, and spectators and effectively maxes out downtown parking for the full weekend. If your group is competing, coaching, or spectating, a charter bus running circuits between your hotel and competition venues cuts through the congestion without requiring your team to hunt for a parking space that does not exist.
For family reunions hitting multiple Columbus stops in a day — Scioto Audubon Metro Park, the Columbus Zoo up in Powell, or a group lunch at North Market — a Columbus private charter bus keeps everyone together instead of coordinating a multi-car caravan across I-71 and I-270. Comfest at Goodale Park in late June and Columbus Pride on High Street are two more events where rideshare pricing spikes and street parking disappears — one flat charter rate beats surge pricing every time. Call 380-383-2690!

Columbus Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Columbus metro runs from late April through May across Franklin County and the surrounding districts, and it is the single busiest stretch of the year for party bus rentals in the area. High schools in Dublin, Westerville, Gahanna, Pickerington, and across Columbus proper all schedule within a six-week window — demand for 20-50 passenger buses spikes sharply, and vehicles that are available in March can be fully committed by February. For prom: book by January or expect pricing increases and limited options.
A typical 6-hour prom rental — school pickup, a photo stop at Goodale Park or the Columbus Museum of Art grounds, venue drop-off at a downtown hotel ballroom, and an after-party return — might run around $1,500–$2,000 all-inclusive when booked 4-6 months early, but significantly more if you are booking close to the date. That gap is worth knowing now. Columbus prom transportation arranged early locks in your vehicle and your price.
Call 380-383-2690!

Columbus School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones will find comparing bus options through this website quick and easy — and with Columbus’s museum row, science center, and zoo all within reach, the destination list practically plans itself. A field trip to COSI (333 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215) on the west bank of the Scioto River, the Columbus Museum of Art (480 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215), or the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium (4850 W Powell Rd, Powell, OH 43065) each works better when the whole class arrives together in one vehicle with overhead storage for backpacks and lunches.
ADA-accessible buses are available — mention it when you request your quote. For longer drives to Hocking Hills State Park, onboard restrooms on select vehicles make the trip far more manageable for younger students. Call 380-383-2690 for help sizing the right bus for your headcount and confirming the pickup plan.

Columbus Sporting Event Transportation
Ohio State home football Saturdays at Ohio Stadium are in a category of their own — 102,780 fans, university road closures on Olentangy River Road and Woody Hayes Drive hours before kickoff, and rideshare pickup pushed to off-campus zones that require a long walk from the gates in either direction. Navigating the post-game exit on Olentangy at the same time as 100,000 other fans is an experience you only need once before a bus with a set pickup plan starts looking like the obvious answer.
A Columbus sporting event charter bus loads everyone at one pickup point, builds the pregame energy on the ride to the stadium, and has a return plan locked in before the ball even kicks off. For Blue Jackets games at Nationwide Arena (200 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215), the Arena District’s limited parking and post-game rideshare surge make a bus the straightforward choice — your group gets dropped near the gate and picked up in a pre-arranged spot when the game ends. Call 380-383-2690 to sort out game-day transportation!

Columbus Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Planning a wedding in Columbus means thinking through how your guests get from the hotel block to the ceremony and then to the reception — especially when those venues are across town from each other. A Columbus wedding shuttle keeps travel smooth between hotel blocks, ceremony spaces, and reception venues across central Ohio, so you are not relying on 150 guests to figure out their own rideshares at 10pm when the reception wraps.
Whether the ceremony is at a Grandview Heights venue and the reception is in German Village, or the whole day takes place at an estate in New Albany, a Columbus wedding shuttle arranged through this website means clear pickup windows, staged departures, and a well-coordinated itinerary from the rehearsal dinner to the last drop-off of the night. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right fit for bridal party transportation on the wedding morning itself. Call 380-383-2690 to get your wedding transportation package sorted!

Columbus Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Columbus’s craft brewery scene is one of the best in Ohio, and the Franklinton, Short North, and Old North Columbus corridors all have multiple stops worth hitting on the same evening. A Columbus winery tour bus keeps your group together from tap to tap without anyone needing to volunteer as the designated driver for the night — which means everyone actually gets to enjoy every stop equally.
The Franklinton arts district is home to Land-Grant Brewing (400 W Rich St, Columbus, OH 43215) — one of Columbus’s most visited taprooms — and the Short North has Seventh Son Brewing (1101 N Fourth St, Columbus, OH 43201) within a few blocks of cocktail bars along Gay Street. Swing out to Watershed Distillery (1145 Chesapeake Ave, Columbus, OH 43212) in Old North Columbus for a spirits flight, then cap the night at Wolf’s Ridge Brewing (215 N 4th St, Columbus, OH 43215) downtown. No parking scramble at every stop, no splitting the crew into separate rideshares — just one flat bus rate and the whole group together the whole night.

Frequently Asked Questions About Columbus Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Columbusohiopartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not a bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. Submit the quote form to see pricing and available vehicles for your date, compare the options side by side, and find what fits your group.
How much does a party bus cost in Columbus, Ohio?
Columbus party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need the bus. To give you a general idea: small party buses (15–20 passengers) run around $190–$350/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $230–$400/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $270–$460/hour; and full-size charter buses run $130–$280/hour or $1,100–$2,400/day. Ohio State home football Saturdays and Arnold Sports Festival weekend in early March are the two highest-demand periods — pricing on those dates reflects the spike in demand.
The fastest way to get an accurate number for your specific date and itinerary is to call 380-383-2690. Check the party bus prices page for more detail.
What is Columbusohiopartybuscompany.com?
Columbusohiopartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation in Columbus and central Ohio. It lets you compare party bus, charter bus, and minibus rentals from transportation providers serving the area through one online form, so you can weigh prices and options side by side and find what fits your group. This website does not own any vehicles and does not operate any trips.
When should I book for an Ohio State football game?
Ohio State home football Saturdays are the most competitive booking dates in Columbus. The Buckeyes typically play 6-7 home games from early September through November, and party buses and charter buses for those dates fill months in advance — especially for marquee matchups and the Michigan game in the final week of the regular season. For OSU home games: book at least 4-6 months out.
Waiting until the week of the game typically means higher pricing or no availability at all. Check the Ohio Stadium game-day guide for the full logistics breakdown.
What is the parking situation at Ohio Stadium on game days?
Ohio Stadium holds 102,780 fans, and on game days Ohio State closes Olentangy River Road to non-residential through traffic and shuts down Woody Hayes Drive hours before kickoff. On-campus parking is permit-only and effectively unavailable for day-of visitors. Off-campus lots along Kenny Road and Lane Avenue fill by mid-morning for noon kickoffs.
A party bus or charter bus drops your group near the stadium and returns at a pre-arranged time after the game — a completely different experience from spending 45 minutes after the final whistle trying to exit a lot on Olentangy.
Can I get a bus to Nationwide Arena or the Schottenstein Center?
Yes, and both venues have specific logistics worth knowing ahead of time. At Nationwide Arena (200 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215), Arena District parking garages fill fast on Blue Jackets game nights and concert evenings, and post-event rideshare demand spikes hard. A bus drops your group near the main entrance and picks everyone up in a pre-arranged spot when the event ends.
At the Schottenstein Center (555 Borror Dr, Columbus, OH 43210), on-campus approach coordination varies by event — the bus handles the route so your group walks straight to the gate. Call 380-383-2690 to get either trip set up!
Popular Columbus Party Bus Destinations
A Columbus party bus itinerary can cover a lot of ground — from the campus area and Arena District to German Village, the Short North, and well beyond the city limits. Here is a look at some of the most popular group destinations in central Ohio.

Ohio Stadium (The Horseshoe)
With a capacity of 102,780, Ohio Stadium is the fourth-largest stadium in the United States and the center of gravity in Columbus on any Buckeyes football Saturday. The stadium sits on the west side of the Ohio State campus along the Olentangy River, and on game days the university closes Olentangy River Road to non-residential through traffic and shuts down Woody Hayes Drive hours before kickoff. On-campus parking is permit-only and unavailable for most day-of visitors.
Off-campus surface lots along Kenny Road and Lane Avenue fill by mid-morning for noon kickoffs, and post-game exits on Olentangy take 45 minutes or more. A group bus drops your crew near the stadium, handles staging off-site, and returns at a pre-set time after the final whistle. Read the full Ohio Stadium game-day bus guide for the complete logistics breakdown.
Address: 1 Ohio Stadium Dr, Columbus, OH 43210 Phone: (614) 292-2624

Nationwide Arena
Home of the Columbus Blue Jackets since 2000, Nationwide Arena (200 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215) holds 19,500 for hockey and slightly fewer for concerts, and the Arena District garages around it fill fast on busy event nights. When a headliner sells out Nationwide and a separate show wraps at KEMBA Live! across the street the same evening, the rideshare queue on Nationwide Boulevard backs up for blocks while hundreds of fans stand outside the garages waiting on their spot to clear. A party bus drops your group near the main entrance and has a pre-arranged return time so everyone is already moving before the rideshare surge fully forms.
The Arena District is also walkable to pre-game bars along Nationwide Boulevard and Neil Avenue. Read the Nationwide Arena group transportation guide for full drop-off and logistics details.
Address: 200 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215 Phone: (614) 246-2000

Short North Arts District
The Short North runs along High Street from Goodale Park north through the 5th-by-Northwest neighborhood, and on a Saturday night it is the most active bar and restaurant corridor in central Ohio. Metered parking on High Street is enforced until 10pm, residential permit zones on side streets activate on weekends, and on-street supply is gone by 8pm on any busy night. For a bachelorette crawl, birthday bar hop, or a group night that spans three or four stops, a party bus waiting nearby and moving the group between venues cuts out the parking scramble at each door.
Columbus Pride in June and any weekend surrounding an Ohio State home game make the Short North exponentially more crowded — those are the nights where the difference between having a bus and relying on apps is most obvious.
Area Address: High St between Goodale Blvd & 5th Ave, Columbus, OH 43201

Greater Columbus Convention Center
The Greater Columbus Convention Center (400 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215) anchors downtown Columbus and hosts some of the largest events in the Midwest each year. The Arnold Sports Festival in early March is the most logistically intense — 200,000+ competitors, coaches, and spectators descend on the convention center and surrounding venues including Nationwide Arena, and downtown Columbus parking is effectively exhausted for the full weekend. Rideshare demand spikes across the downtown core during Arnold weekend, and the distance between satellite competition venues and the main convention hall makes a shuttle circuit genuinely valuable.
Convention bookings during Arnold week fill out months in advance — reserve your bus well ahead of that first week of March.
Address: 400 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215 Phone: (614) 827-2500

Hollywood Casino Columbus
Hollywood Casino Columbus (200 Georgesville Rd, Columbus, OH 43228) operates 24 hours on the west side of the city off I-270, and a casino night out is one of the clearest cases for a round-trip party bus rental. Your group arrives together, everyone stays as long as they want, and nobody has to figure out who is the one not drinking at 2am. The casino offers free on-site parking, so the logistics are not complicated — the value of the party bus here is almost entirely the built-in return ride when the evening winds down.
A round-trip setup with a flexible pickup window works perfectly for a Hollywood Casino Columbus group night. Load up, spend a few hours at the tables, and the bus is ready when your group is.
Address: 200 Georgesville Rd, Columbus, OH 43228 Phone: (614) 308-3000

Columbus Zoo and Aquarium
The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium (4850 W Powell Rd, Powell, OH 43065) draws more than 2 million visitors each year and ranks among the most attended zoos in the United States. It sits about 25 miles north of downtown Columbus in Powell via I-270 and US-23, and on busy summer weekends and during the Wildlights event in November and December, parking lots along Powell Road fill quickly and the US-23 approach backs up. A charter bus for a school group, family reunion, or company outing handles the drive from Columbus in comfort — overhead storage for backpacks, climate control for Ohio’s summer heat, and the whole group arrives at the gate together.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available. The zoo’s group ticket page requires at least two weeks’ advance notice and full payment before your visit date, so lock in both the zoo tickets and the bus early.
Address: 4850 W Powell Rd, Powell, OH 43065 Phone: (614) 645-3400
